General Exercises for the Over-50s
Our team have created some a general exercise programme that you can use. The exercises start with some easy arm and leg movements that you can do from your chair, and progress to standing and walking exercises. Progress at your own pace, and try to complete the whole programme lasting 16 weeks.
After performing the programme, you should feel more energised, have improved leg and arm strength, and feel more confident. All of the exercises will help to improve joint range of mobility and reduce stiffness.
